Last updated: 16 July 2026

Scope

This policy describes how Glen Rose processes personal data received through this website, in correspondence, and in the course of providing its services in the United Arab Emirates.

Data we collect

Contact details submitted through forms or correspondence; information provided in the course of an engagement, including client due diligence (KYC) data required by UAE law; and technical data necessary to operate this website securely.

Purposes and legal bases

We process personal data to respond to enquiries, to perform our contracts and mandates, and to meet legal obligations — including client due diligence, screening and record-keeping under UAE anti-money-laundering legislation.

Retention

Personal data is retained no longer than necessary for the purposes described in this policy. Client and transaction records subject to anti-money-laundering requirements are retained for no less than five years.

Disclosure

Data may be disclosed where the law requires it — to regulators and competent authorities — and to licensed professionals engaged in a client’s matter, under confidentiality obligations. We do not sell personal data.

Security

Data is protected by access controls built on the principle of least privilege, and is processed and stored in accordance with UAE data protection law.

Your rights

Subject to UAE law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and object to processing that is not required by law.
